The Japan mission trip exists to partner with local ministries in Niseko to advance the Gospel and demonstrate the love of Christ. Participants will gain insight into the nation’s spiritual needs and observe how the Church is mobilising to respond with faithful service and hope.
What will we be doing?
We’re excited to partner with Kyoto International University Academy to minister to Niseko’s families. Our team will host two 3-day camps during summer break: a morning English camp and an afternoon sports camp for elementary and middle schoolers. These camps will help more local children and families connect with the school and community. In addition, we’ll lend our support to Niseko Christ Church’s Sunday kids programming while we’re in town.
Not mandatory, but can really help if you:
- can speak a little Japanese
- have the energy to play with kids all day
